Scouted By Izzie – Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Isobel Grace Busby, trading as Scouted by Izzie (“The Scout”), and the individual (“The Talent”) or agency/client (“The Client”) engaging with freelance model scouting services.
Scouting by Izzie operates solely as an independent freelance scouting service and is not a modelling agency or mother agency.
2. Services Provided
The Scout provides non-exclusive, introductory scouting services, including:
Discovery and introduction of talent to credible modelling agencies, brands or clients
Guidance on digitals, portfolios and development readiness
Liaison and follow-up with agencies or clients solely in relation to introductions

Have a genuine interest in professional or commercial modelling
Consent to being introduced to recognised industry agencies or clients
4. Fees & Commission
There is no upfront cost for the Talent to apply or be scouted.
If the Talent is signed, booked, or confirmed for a paid opportunity as a direct result of the Scout’s introduction, the Scout is entitled to either:
A one-time scouting fee paid by the agency or client, or
10-15% of the Talent’s first paid booking or first-year earnings,
as agreed in writing between the Scout and the agency/client prior to confirmation
This compensation:
Is not the responsibility of the Talent
Does not constitute ongoing representation
Replaces any form of long-term commission or management arrangement
Payment is due within 14 days of signing, booking, or invoicing, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Late payments may incur a 5% monthly fee.
5. No Guarantee Clause
The Scout commits to acting professionally and in good faith. However, no guarantee is made regarding agency representation, bookings, or career outcomes, as all final decisions rest with third-party agencies and clients.
6. Image Use & Content Rights
By submitting images or content, the Talent grants the Scout permission to use these materials strictly for:
Agency and client introductions
Scouting outreach
Portfolio and marketing purposes (including social media)
Requests for removal must be made in writing and will be honoured within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Talent Conduct
The Talent agrees to:
Conduct themselves both professionally and respectfully
Inform the Scout of relevant signings or bookings resulting from introductions
Avoid misrepresentation of the Scout’s role as an agent or manager
8. Data Protection & Privacy
All personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations and will only be shared where necessary for legitimate scouting and introduction purposes.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement in writing at any time
If an introduction made by the Scout results in a placement, signing, or booking before or after termination, the scouting compensation outlined in Clause 4 remains payable and enforceable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
