Who can apply?

• I welcome applications from individuals aged 16 and over. I scout talent across all backgrounds, ethnicities, body types and identities. No prior experience is required.

Do I need professional photos?

• No, please submit natural, unfiltered photos taken in good lighting. I require:

  > One clear headshot

  > One side profile

  > One waist-up photo

  > One full-length photo

Does it cost anything

• No. I do not charge talent to be scouted or submitted. If anyone asks you to pay to be signed or scouted, it is likely a scam.

How will I know if I’ve been selected?

• If I would like to take your application further, you will be contacted via email within 1-2 weeks of submitting your application

Is this a modelling agency?

• No. Scouted by Izzie is not a modelling agency or a mother agency. I work independently as a freelance scout, discovering new faces and connecting individuals with trusted mother agencies and modelling agencies.

Do your services cost anything?

• There is no upfront cost to apply or to be scouted. If you are successfully placed with an agency, compensation is handled via a commission route or a scouting fee paid directly to me by the agency. In some cases, this may involve an agreed percentage of earnings (typically 5-10% for a set period), in line with industry practice.
