This policy explains how Scouted by Izzie collects, stores, processes, and protects personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Scouted by Izzie operates as an independent freelance scouting service.

  • Full name, age, and contact details

  • Photos, measurements, and personal descriptions

  • Social media handles (with consent)

  • Any additional information voluntarily provided by applicants

No unnecessary or excessive data is collected.

3. Data Use

Personal data is collected and processed solely for legitimate scouting purposes, including:

  • Submitting talent to modelling agencies or industry professionals

  • Assessing suitability for modelling opportunities

  • Communicating with applications regarding submissions or opportunities

4. Consent

Applicants must provide explicit consent for their personal data to be collected and used.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by written request. Upon withdrawal, all data will be removed unless retention is required by law.

5. Data Storage & SECURITY

  • All digital data is stored on secure, password-protected devices and platforms

  • Access is restricted solely to the Scout

  • Any physical records (if applicable) are stored in locked, secured environments

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are taken to prevent unauthorised access, loss, or misuse

6. DATA Sharing

Personal data will only be shared with

  • Verified modelling agencies

  • Legitimate industry professionals

This is done solely for scouting and introductory purposes, and only with the applicant’s consent.

Scouted by Izzie does not share data with unrelated third parties.

7. Rights of the Data Subject

Under UK GDPR, applicants have the right to:

  • Access their personal data

  • Request correction or updates

  • Request deletion of their data

  • Withdraw consent at any time

Requests will be handled promptly and within legal timeframes.

8. DATA Retention

Personal data will be retained for a maximum of two (2) years, unless:

  • Ongoing submissions are agreed

  • Retention is required for contractual or legal purposes

After this period, data will be securely deleted.
