Hi, I’m Izzie - a UK-based independent model scout and the founder of Scouted by Izzie. I created this platform to discover natural talent from all backgrounds of life and help open doors into the modelling industry.

I am not a modelling or mother agency. I work independently to scout new talent and connect them with trusted modelling and mother agencies, as well as industry professionals.

I believe modelling isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence, individuality and authenticity. Whether you’ve been told you should model or have never even considered it, this space is for you. My goal is to spotlight real beauty.
